Answered queue calls regarding COVID-19-related questions and worked with data-oriented system NEDSS (National Electronic Disease Surveillance System and Contact Tracking and Tracing) to manage and safeguard data related to COVID-19.

Spoke with Spanish-speaking callers and reported information to department nurses, contributing to a diverse group to work toward the common goal of responding to the current impacts of COVID-19 through surveillance and investigation to support elimination efforts.
